Microsoft hat ein Update mit der Versions-Nummer 2203 für die Microsoft 365 Desktop-Apps wie Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook und Co. veröffentlicht. Die neue Version umfasst Featureupdates für Excel sowie diverse Bug Fixes für Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Publisher, Project und Office Suite: In Excel wurde der Navigationsbereich verbessert. So kannst du jetzt auf einfache Weise das Layout einer Arbeitsmappe verstehen, sehen, welche Elemente in der Arbeitsmappe enthalten sind und direkt zu diesen Elementen navigieren. Unabhängig davon, ob du dich erst mit Excel vertraut machen musst oder ein erfahrener Benutzer bist, der versucht, sich in einer großen Arbeitsmappe zu orientieren, der Navigationsbereich kann dabei hilfreich sein. Dazu kommen auch die üblichen Bug Fixes, um die Apps zuverlässiger zu machen.

Wenn neue Office 365-Funktionen verfügbar werden, nimmt das Rollout an alle Abonnenten manchmal etwas Zeit im Anspruch. Bei ihrer Veröffentlichung werden diese Updates zuerst an einen kleinen Prozentsatz von Benutzern gesendet. Weitere Benutzer werden dann im Laufe der Zeit hinzugefügt, bis alle Office-Abonnenten ihre Updates erhalten haben. Das Update lässt sich allerdings auch manuell anstoßen. Das Update mit der Versions-Nummer 2203 setzt ein PC mit Windows 10 voraus und kann ab sofort geladen werden. Um das Update für Office 365 manuell anzustoßen, starte Word und erstelle ein neues Dokument -> Gehe zu Datei -> Konto -> Wähle unter Produktinformationen -> Office-Updates -> Updateoptionen -> Jetzt aktualisieren aus. - We fixed an issue where mask separator used an asterick (*) if it matched with list separator. In filters * is used for regular expressions which caused errors and unexpected behavior if value contained it. A pipe (|) is now used.
- We fixed an issue where the application opened onto a screen that is no longer available making the project hidden.
- We fixed an issue where the user would see a security dialog stating that the project had links to one or more data sources, even though the project had no active links. Now, the dialog appears only when there are active links.
