Office 365 für Windows Version 2103 ist jetzt verfügbar


Microsoft hat im Laufe der Woche ein größeres Update für die Microsoft 365 Desktop-Apps wie Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams oder Access veröffentlicht. Das Update mit der Versions-Nummer 2103 umfasst Featureupdates für Word, Outlook und Teams: Mit der neuen Diktat-Symbolleiste, den Sprachbefehlen und der Unterstützung für automatische Zeichensetzung ist es jetzt noch einfacher, Dokumente mit deiner Stimme zu erstellen. Outlook zeigt dir außerdem Schreibvorschläge an, die dir helfen, Nachrichten schnell zu verfassen. Um einen Vorschlag anzunehmen, verwende einfach die Tabulatortaste. Des Weiteren kannst du jetzt Nachrichten aus Outlook mit einer Person oder einem Kanal in Teams teilen und vieles mehr. Dazu kommen auch die üblichen Fehlerbehebungen und Verbesserungen sowie weitere Funktionserweiterungen, um die Apps zuverlässiger zu machen.

Wenn neue Office 365-Funktionen verfügbar werden, nimmt das Rollout an alle Abonnenten manchmal etwas Zeit im Anspruch. Bei ihrer Veröffentlichung werden diese Updates zuerst an einen kleinen Prozentsatz von Benutzern gesendet. Weitere Benutzer werden dann im Laufe der Zeit hinzugefügt, bis alle Office-Abonnenten ihre Updates erhalten haben. Das Update lässt sich allerdings auch manuell anstoßen. Das Update mit der Versions-Nummer 2103 setzt ein PC mit Windows 10 voraus und kann ab sofort geladen werden. Um das Update für Office 365 manuell anzustoßen, starte Word und erstelle ein neues Dokument -> Gehe zu Datei -> Konto -> Wähle unter Produktinformationen -> Office-Updates -> Updateoptionen -> Jetzt aktualisieren aus. Die Version 2103 enthält die folgenden Neuerungen und Verbesserungen:

Featureupdates für Word ->

  • Draft documents with your voice: Use the new dictation toolbar, voice commands and auto-punctuation to draft documents.

Featureupdates für Outlook ->

  • Save time while composing messages: Outlook shows you writing suggestions that help you compose messages quickly. To accept the suggestion, just use the Tab key.
  • New conference room and workspace booking experience: The conference room booking experience has been refreshed, and with it we’ve added capabilities to allow you to schedule individual workspaces as well
  • Pick where to search: The new search scope drop down allows you to more easily modify your search and switch between Current Folder and Current Mailbox. Thank you to everyone in Coming Soon who provided feedback on the new Search at Top experience. This design and update came out of that feedback!
  • Get meeting suggestions when you search for a person: When you type a person’s name in the Search box, the most relevant email containing calendar invites will be included with your search suggestions.
  • Share to Teams: Share messages from Outlook with a person or channel in Teams.
  • Draft messages with your voice: Use the new dictation toolbar, voice commands, auto-punctuation, and more to compose messages.

Featureupdates für Teams ->

  • Include computer sound when desktop or window sharing on Mac: When you share a desktop or window from Teams on Mac, you can now include your computer’s sound so people that have joined the meeting can hear the audio playing out of your computer.
  • Meeting Reactions: Meeting reactions are a new way to interact in meetings. Participants can send reactions and they’ll be shown as a stream on content that is shared, and on the individual who sent the reaction if they’re displayed on the meeting stage.
  • Improvement for managing attendee audio permissions in a Teams Meeting: Meeting presenters and organizers can now allow attendees to unmute even if their hand isn’t raised. Previously, meeting attendees that were prevented from unmuting (mic disabled) had to raise their hand to be allowed to unmute.
  • Improvement for managing attendee audio permissions in a Teams Meeting: Previously, meeting presenters or organizers couldn’t disable the mic of a single attendee in a meeting. The organizer or presenter could only set „Allow attendees to unmute“ to off, thereby disabling the mics of every attendee. With this change, meeting presenters and organizers can prevent individual attendees from unmuting in an ad-hoc manner during a Teams Meeting.
  • Improved Experience in the Meeting Participant Roster: We are now changing how the participant list is displayed in a Teams meeting for the Lobby, In meeting, Presenters, and Attendees participant sections. A maximum of 20 participants for each of the sections will be displayed in the initial view, with an option to drill in and view more participants within that section. For the lobby, you can review the full list before you admit all into the meeting. The roster will display details of most active participants in the meeting arranged in alphabetical order. There are no changes to the participants action menu .
  • Search meeting participants from the roster: From the search box in the roster, users can now search currently in the meeting participants, to know whether a particular individual has joined the meeting. They can continue to search for participants outside the meeting and request them to join the meeting.
  • Share to Teams from Outlook: Share to Teams from Outlook allows you to send a copy of email messages or conversations, including attachments, into Teams chats and channels. Find the Share to Teams option in the Outlook ribbon or the action menu for an email. Share to Teams supports Outlook on the web, Outlook for Windows, and the new Outlook for Mac Preview.
  • Breakout Room Timer and Room assignment retention: Organizers can now set a timer for Breakout rooms from the Breakout Room settings. After timer has expired, rooms will automatically close and participants will come back to the main meeting. Room assignment retention provides the ability to persist room configuration and assignment over multiple sessions.With participant reassignment capability, organizer will now be able to move joined participants across rooms and main meeting also when rooms are opened.
  • Offline access for files: Users can now access previously opened files even when there is no internet connectivity.
  • Grid View when sharing a PowerPoint File: When sharing a PowerPoint file in a meeting, users can now use grid view to see all the slides in the deck for easy ad-hoc slide navigation.

  • We fixed an issue that caused some people to be unable to access signatures associated with secondary mail accounts.
  • We fixed an issue that caused users of the Cloud Settings feature to see customized settings overridden by default setting after configuring Outlook on a new device.
  • Fixed bug where disabled commands in the Office Ribbon would only have the icon grayed out but not the text in Dark Gray Office Theme.
  • Fixed an issue where Visio could stop working during close.When coauthoring a document, active draft is not cleared when comment order changes.
  • Fixed bug where disabled commands in the Office Ribbon would only have the icon grayed out but not the text in Dark Gray Office Theme.
  • We fixed an issue relating to copy and paste.
  • Fixed a bug where Dictation was disabled for GCC users
  • Fixed a bug that could sometimes lead to text in Outlook becoming transparent and thereby not legible.
  • Fixed a reliability issue related to support of Office apps running in session 0.
