Using your Outlook 2003 Calendar and the Outlook 2003 Calendar Views Add-in, you can keep track of all your appointments, as well as your lesson plans, unit plans, and tasks, in a way that’s easy to manage. In Outlook, you can color-code and label or categorize events on your calendar, and then you can filter your calendar view based on these designations. So, with a few clicks, you can change your calendar to show only staff meetings, for example, or parent-teacher conferences. In effect, you’re getting a pared-down view of your calendar, one that display only the events that you’re most concerned with at that moment. By using the Outlook 2003 Calendar Views Add-in to save this filtered view, you can access it again with just a few clicks.

The Outlook 2003 Calendar Views Add-in makes it easy for you to view your Outlook Calendar appointments through a filter that is based on Outlook labels and categories. For example, you can create a view that shows you only the appointments on your calendar that are labeled Must Attend, or are categorized as Important. You add filters by using the Calendar Views toolbar, which opens in your Outlook Calendar after you install the add-in.
