Microsoft hat im Teil 1 des Patchday für September 2016 zahlreiche nicht sicherheitsrelevante Updates für Office veröffentlicht. Bei allen Updates handelt es sich um optionale Updates. Diese Updates stellen die neusten Fixes für Office bereit. Außerdem verbessern sie die Stabilität und Leistung der Software. Die Updates können ab sofort geladen werden. Die Updates für Office 365 sind standardmäßig aktiviert und werden automatisch geladen und installiert. Zur Überprüfung des Updatestatus sowie zum aktivieren oder deaktivieren von Updates für Office 365 klicke auf der Registerkarte Datei auf Konto.
