Microsoft hat soeben die sofortige Verfügbarkeit von nicht sicherheitsrelevanten Updates für Office 2010, 2013 und 2016 über das offizielle Office Blog angekündigt. Bei allen Updates, die im Teil 1 des Patchday für März 2018 veröffentlicht wurden, handelt es sich um optionale Updates, sie müssen also nicht unbedingt installiert werden, auch wenn die Installation empfohlen wird. Die Updates, insgesamt sind es 19 davon, stellen die neuesten Fixes für Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 und 2016 bereit, außerdem verbessern sie die Stabilität und Leistung der Software. Die Updates wurden am heutigen Dienstag, den 06. März 2018 veröffentlicht und können sowohl über Microsoft Update als auch im Microsoft Download Center geladen werden. Alle Updates aus dem Microsoft Download Center sind nur für die MSI-basierte Edition von Office bestimmt. Bei Office-Click-to-Run-Editionen werden alle Updates automatisch installiert. Microsoft hat am Dienstag, den 06. März 2018 die folgenden nicht sicherheitsrelevanten Updates für Office 2010, 2013 und 2016 veröffentlicht.
